• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Custom/pre-order items may take 8-10 business days before dispatch.

1. Shipping Delays

• Delays may occur due to festive seasons, weather, or courier delays. We’ll notify you if there’s an unexpected delay.
• Remote areas (e.g., Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast) may take 2-3 extra days.

1. Undelivered/Returned Orders

• If the courier fails to deliver after 2 attempts, the order may be returned.
• We’ll contact you for a re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
